What is it?
Qi Gong is a system of slow movements and static postures that emulate movements in nature - for example the opening and closing of swans wings, the movement of the trees in the wind, etc. It is considered to be so beneficial to health that the Chinese government has listed Qi Gong as part of their National Health Plan!

What does it do?
Qi Gong uses slow, gentle movements and standing postures to open the joints, regulate and deepen the breathing, cultivate and move qi.

What can I expect from treatment?
Although Paul does not give 'qi gong treatments', interested clients can be taught specific postures to assist them in rehabilitating and strengthening their muscles. Qi cultivation can benefit digestive, respiratory, circulatory and nervous systems. After regular practice you can expect to feel like a super hero!
